Our unconscious bias sometimes pigeon holes our students, without even meaning to. When we see students behave a certain way, dress a certain way, or meet their parents, we can assume that they can only amount to so much. What if we assume that they can truly do anything? You can have more students becoming an outlier like myself, which benefits so many people.
